Dog Gift Tags - Tags for Gifts or Dog ID

Now there are two ways you can think about dog gift tags.

Either you're looking for something to put on your dog gift to identify who it's for or from.

Or...

You can be looking for a dog tag as a gift. I don't mean the kind cousing Mark has on that identifies him as a military person.

I mean the kinds that says Fido belongs to you so return him if he's found.

The first kind can be printed on your own computer or made for you at any print shop in town or online.

But, for a few dollars, you can use an actual ID tag for dog gifts.

They have some really neet ones out there. Some basic ones in the shape of a bone, some with a specific dog breed pictured on it.

There are tags with reflective surfaces so if your beloved canine is wandering about at night, cars can see him.

There are also cool designs for dog gift tags like Harley Davidson tags or patriotic tags with the US flag on them.

Now for the good part. I searched high and low for some stores that had... as usual... high quality, low prices and good variety.

Shop around and see what suits your fancy. Get some good price information and compare prices.

Regardless of why you are purchasing dog gift tags, think about the statement you want to make. Do you want to say... "This dog is ordinary and should be thought of as such..."

...OR

Do you want to say, "This dog is loved by someone who has left their mark with this dog gift tag. If you find him, take care of him, because I love him very dearly." ?

Do you want it to say, "He's wearing a tag because it's the law and I don't want to get fined."

OR...

"This is my dog and we have style... so watch out!" ?

Or maybe you just want to say that I have too much time on my hands, thinking about such things. *Grin*

Either way, I sure love the fantastic dog gift tags that are out there these days!
